Online quotes and order management

Quoting and ordering systems

If your sales team spends its day taking orders and payments over the phone, re-typing quotes and chasing paperwork, there’s a better way.

ThoughtZoom builds custom quoting and ordering systems that put your pricing online, so customers can get a quote and place an order themselves. Because the system is bespoke, it handles your products, price rules and processes rather than forcing them into a generic e-commerce template.

What’s included

  • Quote generation with your pricing logic and product configurations built in
  • Online ordering that turns an accepted quote into an order with one click
  • Order management so your team can track every quote and order from one screen
  • A clean, intuitive interface that needs minimal training for staff or customers

How we approach it

We start with discovery, sitting down with your team to understand how quotes and orders flow through the business today. No assumptions and no off-the-shelf shortcuts. We then design and build a tool that fits the way you sell.

In practice

Callow Oils’ ordering process was manual, with sales teams taking payments over the phone. We built a bespoke quote and order management tool that lets customers access quotes and order online, freeing the team to focus on customers rather than admin.
